And my Prayer is that I encourage someone else along the way, who has been debating weather or not to return to the classroom. Know from this day forth,that it is never too late.
THE NIGHT BEFORE
I gathered the items that I would need to take notes. Picked out an outfit that would fit the setting ,I would be in. Had a bundle of butterflies floating around. Began to pray about the situation at hand. Had to tap into my faith, knowing that everything will go smooth. Mostly knowing that God will handle every situation and feeling that would creep upon me. After some time the joy set in. And I kept making ready for this journey. It's bed time now. I will have sweet sleep....Goodnight!

ORIENTATION
This picture below is somewhat like the room of my orientation. But with nothing on the screen,and more seats and people added.
There was a welcoming session. Handouts,info pamphlets,pens,and other nice things. Greetings from all Head Chairs. Expectations were told to us. Then we were on our way out. And were given a Brown Mackie book bag, popcorn, a payday candy bar,and a pencil with the logo.
I had a wonderful time . Upon returning home I got the mail out out the mailbox opened it and a bomb of disappointment. At first my reaction was to cry....went and laid down for a few hours mostly resting from the day I had.
B-I-G in your world.
At that moment,I got up and started to do what I needed to do to prepared for tomorrow.
Now you old d----, you thought you had me but not so...I SHALL WIN THIS TIME....NO MORE TRICKS FROM YOU WILL BE TOLERATED....
EVERYTHING THAT YOU STOLE IN THE PASS WILL BE REPLACED!!
I WILL BE AT THAT FIRST CLASS, WITHOUT ANY BLOCKAGE.....

NINE DAYS INTO THIS JOURNEY

Yes it has been nine days....what can I say.
Whew! I act like it's been six months are something.
OK!....so far it's been all good...but how many of you know that you know who have to show himself strong... but get on out of my way.
This class is just to get warmed up. So I not fretting over it. I had to do some presentations and they went very well. No nervousness are anything. Now there is only this Thurs. (8-19-2010), Next Mon/Tues/and Thurs... then this class is history.
I'll be back for another update. So please check back often.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Today was the last day and I took the exit exam (final) for this class which was Personal Development, and my score was an "A"...Thank the Lord!!
You know in everything give "Thanks!".
I really Thank the Lord for that "A"...I worked hard for it. I had an instructor that told me often , and I quote..."You can't do that / That is to much for you to do!"...end quote...
Now, she didn't know I was wondering how she made it to be an instructor. This is college and I thought that instructors were suppose to be encouraging.
Any way my hard work paid off, and I am away from her. and have seen to it that I don't cross her again.

Next class: Introduction to Microcomputer/ Certification

Having already had hands on with this class was a blessing for me. And this was just a refresher for some of the material we went over. But I came away from this class with a new knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a little of Access. But the greatest lesson of all was "Do Not Put My Assignment In No One's Else's Hand Again!!".
I did that and it was a disaster. Cause me heartache & a Panic Attack.
Yes, for real....I had to seek medical attention after the fact.
Without going into detail of my Final Presentation- which I should have gotten an "A" instead I got a "B".........
In everything give praise \O/

NEW CLASS:
FUNDAMENTALS OF ENGLISH
Oct. 4th until Oct. 30, 2010
This is a class I have been wanting to take for so long. When you have been trying to put your best foot forward in addressing others and relying what it is you're trying to say.
And you know you are not doing that. It leaves me with many questions, and thoughts that maybe I didn't get my point as to what I was trying to say. Or I use to many words that or not needed.
Then again ,I know everyone is not perfect....I just want to be correct, and speak intelligently.
